We've talked about our favorites....

Let's talk about some of our *least* favorites. Is there a movie others have raved about, but you just hated? Let us know what you didn't like. And in the event you disagree with another's dislikes, in the spirit of discussion, feel free to defend the movie, but don't expect to change another's mind. I won't think less of you for your choices, if you won't think less of me for mine, lol.

That said, two that come to mind for me are "Monster's Ball" and "Adaptation"

Monster's Ball was SO depressing! I swear I wanted to jump off a bridge by the time it was over! And Adaptation was just.... strange and boring and had no plot! I expected better of N. Cage. But maybe it was Meryl Streep that ruined it for me. I've come to the conclusion I just don't like her. I should just not watch anything she's in! LOL!

I know I will get alot of people disagreeing with me but.....I dont' watch anything with Nicole Kidman in it..she just really bothers me dont know why?!?! And Antonio Baderias

Give me a movie with Julia Roberts or John Cusack in it and I'm there!

my two cents!

Everyone to their own tastes, Nadine.

I am usually open to most movies...The one thing that I can say I really hate is to see John Travolta in a "bad guy" role, except for Pulp Fiction. I was not impressed with Lost in Translation either, I just didn't "get it" I guess. To me it was classic Bill Murray, not spectacular.

Lost in Translation. It got so much hype...blah blah blah. I just did not get it. It was really slow. My DH and I thought it would never end.

Okay, I know a lot of people loved this one but "jerry maguire" did nothing for me. After that it's been a long time since Tom Cruise did anything I like.

Also, Pretty Woman, and I never ever saw Titanic. I boycotted it. I think I might be the only person in entire country. The kids thought I was nuts at the time. But here it is years later. It's not exactly a classic is it? Ben-Hur is on at least 1 a week. I've neve had to watch Titanic, thank goodness.

Also, what's with Ben Affleck? I don't really think he's that great either.

I didn't see that one. But Ben Stiller is not on my "must see" list. Along with Adam Sandler. I just don't find either of them very funny and tend to avoid anything they're in.

I liked "Something about Mary" and Zoolander, maybe because they were his early films..Now they seem to be the same stuff, but I have yet to Starsky & Hutch. But I have to agree about Adam Sandler.

I like both Jerry Mcguire and Pretty Woman but I have to agree with you about Titanic...That was such a long boring movie, I didn't think that boat was ever going to sink.
