It was a whirlwind trip, but a good one. I'm so glad I went, even if we could only stay a day, and had to travel two days out of the three. The day there was worth the travel time.

Sorry, I may not have mentioned where I went! My dh, dd and I took three days and drove to AL for my niece's wedding on Saturday. It was a long couple of days of driving for one day of fun, but I'm glad we went. It was a very nice wedding, my niece was a lovely bride, her husband seems to be a really nice guy and the weather was gorgeous! (A little cool for them, they said, but it felt nice to this Northerner!)
