I don't "officially exercise", LOL, I hate it, but I do leg lifts and other lower body exercises while I blow dry my hair, plus I count going up and down the stairs as "exercise", LOL.
I don't have to be sick to be on the verge of tears...{{{Terre}}} I would say I'm that way about 1/2 the month at least!
I'm feeling a little better. Apparently, I had a fever today. I took a nap and my fever seems to be gone. And my toe is alot better. I still have to apply an antibacterial ointment and wear a bandage. I think maybe another week and then my big toe can be unveiled! LOL
oh good, well hopefully you are getting better! When I went to the Endo a few weeks ago I told them that I found that wounds were becoming slower to heal and they agreed with me that it was probably because I was just getting older. Because I don't have Type 2 Diabetes.(Which can cause slow healing.) So, that's probably why it's taking so long for your toe to heal. (Not Diabetes!!)
I wonder if your toe is behind you not feeling good? It just sounds painful! I cannot imagine!! I am the same way when I'm sick. I guess because when I get sick I still have to get up and do everything. When my DH gets sick he just covers up in bed and sleeps til its over.

I have broken 3 toes. Pinkie, and the 2nd toe twice. (The first time it broke it took a year before I really could bend it!)
