Another Judging Amy question

Apparently I've missed more of this show than I thought. I used to watch it all the time but didn't last year much and none yet this year. I was watching it tonight and am now confused.
Two main questions: what happened to Jillian? Also, what happened to Ned and is the baby the one she got pg with naturally?
