YES YES YES!!! DH and I have been watching since Episode 1!! We love it, too! It is so "Twin Peaks"-esque, don't you think? (or am I dating myself??LOL!)

I can't wait to see how Ben and Brother Justin finally come together - that will be an interesting episode, for sure!! What did you think of the last episode with that bear with the hat?? WEIRD!!!!

Aww I am the outsider in this post! DH and I have watched since episode one. I am still trying to figure the show out. I don't like it but I don't dislike it- I guess at this point even after all the episodes I am still trying to decide how I feel about it. I am hoping it will all come together at the end but I am unsure if it will...

I feel like this show is trying to "out bizarre" Six Feet Under- which is has definately done but it doesn't even come close to touching Six Feet Under in other ways. If you couldn't tell, I am a Six Feet Under fan.

I think I only watch Carnivale for one reason- I call my DH and myself "HBO Sunday night dorks" meaning that for the past 4 years we have always watched our HBO Sunday night shows together- you know usually one show ends for a season and another one begins. I am disappointed with this show but watch because it's the Sunday night show- if that makes sense. I can't wait for Sex & the City and Six Feet Under to start back up! The Soprano's- I could do without that show as well (every season they do more is getting worse- just my opinon)

If anyone can tell me some things they have figured out that would help me understand the show better PLEASE share- I know the obvious things- Ben can heal but has to suck the life from other things, etc.

That is funny, because while I too start with HBO on Sunday Night, if the show doesn't appeal to me, I won't stick with it.

I totally agree with everything you said, and I'm also a huge SFU fan. Carnivale is boring. I gave up on it a few weeks ago.
