Beverly Hills Cop - The TV Series?

Actor Brandon T. Jackson has been tapped to play the son of Murphy's infamous Beverly Hills Cop character Axel Foley in CBS' small-screen reboot of the beloved franchise.
Beverly Hills Cop will center on Aaron, Axel's blue-collar Detroit police officer son, and his fish-out-of-water efforts to take down criminals in Beverly Hills while living in his father's shadow. And yes, Murphy will reprise his role of Axel Foley in the pilot, and could potentially recur if the project goes to series.

Sounds good to me! I always did love Eddie Murphy as Axel Foley, so it will be interesting to see a "new generation" of the Foley family! LOL
Ha- I would love to see that. How fun! I loved Eddie Murphy as Axel Foley and think a weekly series would be something I'd definitely put on my DVR list.
