Ok, they really need to get together, LOL. I love the little 'winks' here and there (did anyone catch this weeks with the PI and Castle/Kate playing the characters?). I honestly think the show would be ok with they got together. Or if they even did a 'let's go on a date and test it out' type thing, lol.

I think castle woud be okay if they got together, however, the whole show has been about the (secret) sexual tension between the two.

I don't think so. Sure, it's part of the show, but they've gone episodes without discussing or alluding to them together. :) Together or apart they'd still be solving crimes.

Funny you mention Psych - I love that show! LOL

I guess I like the characters together and having it come 2nd to the story (or 3rd) than having a will they-won't they go on forever. Like with Psych, we know they are together and they have little side stories every now and then (don't forget new Psych is on Feb 29th!) and there are little comments here and there, but the stories remain as they have. I'd like to see that in Castle too. I think it's a show where it could be pulled off.

Now, if we go to Bones, that's a whole new ball game - but I think it's also because comparatively, Castle is more comedy vs Bones. (Yes, I am a fan of Booth & Brennan getting together, having a baby, lol.)

I keep thinking of Moonlighting, and how the show just lots it's edge when Maddie and Dave slept together (do I have the names right?).

I like the tension, and think it will be a couple of more seasons before they allow them to be together. I read all the books, and they do have more of a relationship. The difference is that it's more based on Nikki Heat.
