I am so happy the Linz family won! I was worried when the Weaver's were leading the entire first hour of the show. I felt like some of the detours and roadblocks were silly, but... I'm betting they planned them out not knowing who would be the last teams (I mean, if it were the Gaghan's, they wouldn't want it to be too hard).

Glad it wasn't the Weaver's. I hope they're embarrassed by their behavior. They were appalled that someone called Rolly a name, yet they called people names ALL the time.

Can't wait for the next season! I can't believe this season was only 25 days! The normal seasons are 4-6 weeks long!

Yay Linz family!! I'm so happy they won. I was jumping up and down yelling at Nick to get the puzzle pieces together at the end. At that scene where the Weavers were calling the Linz's "the GI Janes" and then she turned around and said, "Name calling? That's so immature." when they Linz's said something to them, my husband yelled out, "You JUST said... oh, nevermind, I can't even believe it enough to say it out loud." LMBO!

Two things I didn't like are that they didn't show anything at all about the Weaver's having been out of gas at the end of the last leg. If they weren't going to show them getting out of it, they shouldn't have made such a big deal about them getting into it, you know? And I so wanted to see them try to put that puzzle together... I really can't see them being that successful at it.

Yes, I too was worried when the Weavers were in the lead and having so much luck in the first hour but my favorite team, the Linz', won out and I went to sleep very happy.

Yeah Linz Family!!!!

I saw them on the Early show this morning and they are giving half their money to their parents and the rest they are splitting between themselves and their 3 brothers who were not on the show. Phil said they he met their family and they are all really good people.

I kind of wanted to see the Weaver's put the puzzle together also because they wouldn't have been able to do it. They didn't even know where Washington D.C. was and then which was Pennsylvania was. I bet they didn't make them do it because it didn't matter. I kind of felt bad for Rolly. He wanted to keep looking for the clue and they just kept saying how unfair the task was. Did they forget that everyone had to do the task? I could go on and on about how much they aggravated me, but I won't :)

Ran out of gas? Can you elaborate on that, please? I completely missed it. lol

What a great finale! I love seeing two teams fighting for the finish. So wonderful. I love this show.

The Linz family is amazing and when I saw that they were giving their parents half the money then splitting the other half between all the kids---way cool! So happy when good people win the money.

Not sure if this question was to me, but I'll gladly elaborate!

On the second to last show, the one where the Weaver's got pulled over by the cop, they were out of gas when they pulled into the ranch where the pit stop was. They had stopped earlier in the show and the blond daughter kept telling the stripey-haired daughter to go put gas in the car. They had a little under half a tank at the time, but very little money, and the rest of the family didn't want to put gas in. So, when they pulled into the ranch (which we know from one of the teams getting directions, was about 7 miles out of town) their gas was on E and it was actually dinging, it was so empty. So, they made a deal about the one saying to get gas and nobody listening, then showed them on Empty as they pulled into the pit stop, then offered up absolutely no follow up. I knew it wouldn't factor, but they should have showed something!

Yes! I'm with you now. lol We live in Wyoming and dh--who despises the Weavers-- was hoping it was a WY state trooper that nailed them, but it was Montana. lol He kept muttering the whole time...."If they say something bad about Wyoming....."
