Last season, many viewers believed that Adria and Natalie had an unfair advantage. Since they were twins, they had an unbreakable alliance – not that it helped them. In fact, it hurt them.

This year, there will be SEVEN such secret alliances! Each of the fourteen houseguests will have a partner, whether it be a friend, co-worker, significant other… whatever. In a clever twist, each duo thinks they are the only secret team. All duos will be revealed to the home audience on the first live show July 14.

Who are the contestants? RealityNewsOnline has found some interesting information on some of them, as well as some potential clues as to who will be paired together.

James Rhine is a 29-year-old Loss Prevention Manager from Atlanta. James is part of the Georgia State University class of 2006, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In an online profile, he claims he is very boring until the alcohol comes out. He is heavily into politics, as one would assume from his major, and appears to lean hard to the right.

Ashlea Evans is a 22-year-old “Fashion Design Student” from Plantain, FL. In reality, Ashlea is a model with many pictures all over the web. In my research, I read a rumor that her “secret” is that she is transgender, but I want to make it clear that this is only a rumor!

Janelle Perzina is a 25-year-old “VIP Cocktail Waitress” from Miami Beach. Like Ashlea (and this could be their partnership) she is actually a model. Originally from Minnesota, she competed in the Miss Minnesota pageant in 2000. If those pictures are any indication, she should have done well. Janelle appeared in the movie Bruce Almighty as “Woman at Party.”

Ivette Corredero is a 25-year-old Waitress from Miami Beach. She studied Communication Arts at St. Thomas University, and worked for a time at the Nexxt Café. Could this be the same bar where Janelle is a VIP Cocktail Waitress? In any case, Ivette has been diagnosed with diabetes, and it will be interesting to see if the famous Big Brother PB&J diet is affected.

Jennifer Vasquez is a 27-year-old Arena League Football Dancer from Plano, TX. She dances for the Dallas Desperados team as a rookie this past season. She earned a BS in education from Baylor University.

April Lewis is a 30-year-old Pharmaceutical Sales Rep from Dallas. As a newlywed, she is one of only two married people on BB6. Is she coupled with Eric, the fellow married person? Or is she connected with Jennifer, who is from nearby Plano?

Sarah Hrejsa is a 22-year-old Retail Manager from Chicago. There is not much information on the net about her, so we will have to find out about Sarah next Thursday.

Michael Donnellan is a 28-year-old Artist from Orange County, CA. His website (michaeldonnellan.com) had a long bio, but the website has since been taken down. In summary – he was born in Paris and went to school in Italy, summering in Florence and Paris. English is actually his third language, after Italian and French. For high school, Michael attended the International School of Choueisat in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he studied Islamic art and learned to speak Arabic. After a year at UC Berkley, he worked for Giorgio Armani. Since then, he has done various graphic artist work in the film industry.

Kaysar Ridha is a 24-year-old Graphic Designer from Irvine. He was born in Baghdad and may be the first Iraqi-born US reality show contestant. It will be interesting to see how the other houseguests will react. It almost seems too obvious to think he will be “paired” with Michael, but there are just too many similarities in their backgrounds.

Beau Beasley is a 25-year-old Personal Shopper from Pembroke Pines, FL. First and foremost, an online dating profile indicates that Beau is gay, which would ordinarily fulfill our quota for the show, but as everyone is partnered with someone else, this may indicate that there are two homosexuals in the house. In addition, Beau hates politics, all of which should endear him tremendously to right-wing James.

Rachel Plencner is a 33-year-old Horse Breeder from Parker, CO. The only information I could find about her online was that her mother got married last year, and that she competed in a horse show. So she will have to remain a mystery for now. Although, it would not be surprising if a step-brother or sister (from her mother's marriage) showed up in the house.

Howie Gordon is a 34-year-old Meteorology Student from Chicago, and that’s all we know about Howie.

Eric Littmann is a Firefighter from Las Vegas. He is one of only two (the other being April) married houseguests in the Big Brother 6 house. In addition Eric has children and works for the Henderson Fire Department.

Maggie Ausburn is a 26-year-old Emergency Room Nurse from Las Vegas. Those who watched Third Watch know, doctors, police, firefighters, and emergency personnel often work together closely. Could Maggie be Eric’s partner?

Many have commented that this cast seems made up of nothing but models. While the cast contains more than its fair share of pretty people, like Survivor: Palau, I think the model factor will take a backseat once the competitiveness kicks in.
