Anyone watch the new Celebrity Apprentice that premiered Sunday night? I didn't get to watch it until last night ... wow! That Richard Hatch is such a douche! He really comes off as believing he's so superior to everyone else.

Can't wait to see how this season goes!

LOL... well, I don't think his teammates on Celebrity Apprentice like him any more than his Survivor cast mates did, either! I think one of the reasons I'm going to keep watching is to see Trump tell him "You're fired!". I have a sneaking suspicion that good ole Richard will have something truly snippy and condescending to say to The Donald on his departure. hehehe

Now that I think of it, Richard's ego kind of reminds me of a certain other celebrity that's making a big rumble in the news lately... Charlie Sheen! The two of them seem to think they're so uber-intelligent, no one else can compare. Wonder if Richard's gonna start claiming that he has tiger blood? No way even he could claim he had Adonis DNA, though! :smileytongue:

I agree... I don't think I can watch this season, too many people that I find really horrible. I think they're really playing up the "trainwreck" factor, which I guess gets viewers, but I find it to be really insulting. I really wish they'd do more of the regular Apprentice, I enjoyed last season's teams with those who had lost jobs, etc. Seems more relatable and enjoyable to me.

I didn`t see it last week but really enjoyed it tonight. I feel the other women really ganged up on Lisa Rina. She is just too nice for them They are some controlling B****ES! star jones is the worst. I hope she doesn`t last too long. There were a few of the girls I wish Trump had asked some questions . Anybody else out there agree with any of my thoughts? I will be tuning in next week for sure.

I only saw about the last half an hour of it, but from what I saw, they totally ganged up on Lisa.

My personal opinion after watching the children's book challenge episode... Star Jones and Dionne Warwick were both pretty darn petty in wanting credit given to them on the book itself. They totally ran over Lisa and knew exactly how to play her to make her look weak and ineffective.

I thought Marlee Matlin's idea of a book encorporating sign language was a wonderful concept and they ran rough-shod over her like she wasn't there! I think they'll end up regretting that; Marlee Matlin isn't one to take too much crap. She's a fighter and I think they've probably underestimated her in a BIG way.

Yay-- I'm glad you found the board and really happy you're going to make iVillage your main hangout! Feel free to jump into the discussions or start a new topic. And if you need any help navigating the boards, I'm here to help.

I'm still flabbergasted by Dionne Warwick's behavior; I had thought she'd be more of a gracious lady. Instead, she's coming across as the dragon lady with a nasty attitude.
