Oh man... I will be so glad when the new episodes of Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef return -- I miss my Gordon!

Speaking of Gordon Ramsay, is anyone planning on watching his newest series, Hotel Hell? I think it's supposed to start next week.

I am missing me some Gordon too!!!!  I might watch Hotel Hell.  It's just hard to imagine him doing that kind of show when we are so used to seeing him as a chef.  I will give it a shot tho.  Oh and I agree abour Robin.  She needs to go!!!!

Robin is my least favorite, too. Not that there seems to be a lot of talent to choose from this season! LOL

I can see where with frequent traveling, you might be hesitant to catch some of the unpleasant discoveries on Hotel Hell... after all, it's hard to un-know something once you've seen it! LOL I might wind up doing what he did in one of the previews; take a darn sleeping bag along, just in case! :smileyvery-happy:

I figured if anyone else was having Gordon withdrawals, it would be you!

Yep... Robin is such an abrasive, confrontational person, I can't understand how she's made it through this far! I just can't picture her permanently working for Gordon with that kind of attitude.

Not sure who I want to win this one; there's no one person that strikes me as extremely talented. Hopefully, they'll push their skills and creativity limits soon and show us something! LOL

Welcome to the Gordon Ramsay fan club! LOL

How cool that you tried out for HK! Honestly, I think those first couple of years, when the competitors had little to no professional experience had a lot more raw talent than this year's group. It's a pretty lackluster crew -- none of them seem really hungry for it and seem to be focusing more on telling everyone how fabulously talented they are instead of actually putting the work in and letting that speak for them.

I love cooking but know I'm no where near ready to go into a competition! I enjoy taking my time in the kitchen, otherwise, I'd probaby chop off half my fingers.

What's your favorite special meal for you and your dh? It's great to be appreciated for taking that kind of time and skill.... my hubby wouldn't know fine dining from take out, even though he loves watching the show! LOL

Oh yum; that sounds delicious! I've done something similiar, stuffing the chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms, onions and bell peppers and adding in a bit shredded cheddar. Once it's cooked, I add a bit more cheddar on top, letting it melt. I may have to try forgoing the cheese on top and wrapping it in bacon instead!

My two favs on the show so far are...

They're still in the running, but no telling what's going to happen Monday night! LOL
