Lisa D'Amato, who won "America's Next Top Model: All-Stars," has suffered major injuries to her face after a freak accident on the set of a movie in Colorado.

Wow... The injuries look bad and painful! But she really seems to have a great attitude and says she's healing fast and well.

Ouch is right! You know I had to go click to see the pics of her injuries and now my face hurts in sympathy! But I do love her positive and upbeat attitude, too.
