100% Rachel. Not that Ragan isn't *a bit* dramatic too, but not at all the same.

100% Rachel. She doesn't know how to relate well with people, she comes across as harsh - she certainly can dish it, but she can't take it (gets all dramatic and defensive when someone tries to dish it back or confront her and explain).

I think Ragan was making some good, intelligent points/suggestions to Rachel yesterday, but it just went over her head and she just doesn't get it.

Though I don't think she is a bad or mean-spirited person.

I agree with everyone else, it was ALL Rachel. Ragan is dramatic and that's why Rachel got a response out of him, but if Rachel was not in that house, I don't think their would have been ANY drama.
