Just in case someone hasnt seen this last show of the AR, LOL I didnt know if I had to put the spoiler thing on there.

Who would have thought that the Palao family was going to come in first, I honestly didnt think that they would do the jump. What are your thoughts on it.

I thought it was hysterical that the most obnoxious Paolo, DJ, screamed like a little girl when he finally did the jump. If that would have been his mother that was afraid he would have been such a jerk, but everyone was nice to him when he was worried about jumping. I still think he is such an ungrateful putz.

The Weavers are really starting to get on my nerves. The mother needs to lighten up and realize that everyone is just having fun. The Linz's were just kidding when they were telling Rory to swing at the pitch. I think the whole Weaver family is just irritating. Of course, JMO.

I was surprised that DJ had the worst time of it out of all of them. I agree with you that if it had been his mom that was nervous he would've shown no sympathy whatsoever. I was also kinda surprised that DJ and his mom jumped together ... they seem so much at odds with eachother. What a relationship they have! I wonder what kind of mother-in-law she will be ;-)

The Gaghan (sp?) family was pretty fortunate to be able to catch up like they did! They had some terrible luck --- I couldn't believe it when their boat driver almost detoured to pick up someone! :-) I'm fairly impressed those little kids could get up at 12:30 am to start the race --- my kids would be zombies !!!

Phil cracked me up with his last comment -- "you realize it's illegal in Panama to wear your underwear outside your clothes outside your underwear outside your clothes LOL

Not in a million years did I think they were gonna come in first!!!! I agree with the rest of you...had it been Mom that ws having a panick attack DJ would have pushed her over!!! Couldn't you just see him doing it???? If he has a girlfriend, I hope she's watching, it'll give her a good idea of what he's REALLY like.

The one that surprised me was when they ALL agreed to keep the order in which they came to the boat site as to who would be first to board a boat the next morning. Did anyone else catch that??? In the regular version of the show that would never happen!!! You always have a team that's so cut-throat that they'll do anything to get ahead. Also, what's with the sisters getting the Lintz guys do all their dirty work?!?!?! Getting the instruments is one thing, but to CARRY them too...GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!! Everyone is playing too nice in this version. BTW, the Weavers are getting on my nerves too. I had sympathy for them in the beginning with their dad and all, but not any more!!!

OK, not I feel better for getting that off my chest :-)

I did hear the comment about staying in the order in which they arrived, but then I thought I also heard one of the families (I thought it was the Weavers) saying something like it would be every man for themselves when the place opened. It looked like they do go in order though so maybe they all talked before hand.

The Weaver family is really getting on my nerves. Did you hear one of the daughter's make a nasty comment when they arrived in Panama? They asked the driver if he spoke English and he said "A Little". The daughter then made all kinds of rude comments ("Burrito"). They are incredibly rude.

I don't think I would have stayed at the Fast Forward. Even though DJ was digging in and didn't want to jump, I knew that he would. Had I been the Gaghan's I would have left as soon as I saw they were first. Did anyone else see the Gaghan mom slip and hit the back of that van? Ouch!

I read an article that interviewed the Shroeder family. They asked them about losing their house in Katrina, etc. They stayed with the Rogers' family for a couple weeks afterward. The person doing the interview asked if the other families on the race helped them out post-Katrina. They said all but ONE family helped them... guess who that family was?

The Weavers.

They aren't very nice people. Even if they didn't have a lot of money, they could have sent them blankets, clothes, food.. anything. I have no respect for them.

Ok. I'm going to stop before I offend someone. I dislike the Weavers more than the Paolo family.

Brandee, I'm with you, I dislike the Weavers more and more each episode and last night, my dislike for them somehow surpassed my dislike for the Paolo's. Of course, those two teams are sure to be in 1st and 2nd when I don't like them, it's always that way, LOL! I really wanted to like the Weavers due to their situation but they haven't done anything that makes me like them. Now, I'm also not a religious person at all but I'm going to have to say that I imagine that if you believe in God, you are going to realize that perhaps asking him for help on a game show isn't proper? Asking to keep you safe, that's another thing, but to help you pass another team? Come on!

I really like the Linz family and the Gaghan's. The dad and 3 daughters and the 4 sisters teams, I'm not really that into them but at this point, I wouldn't mind seeing them win it all.

I'm surprised so many people are having such a hard time liking the Weaver family. I love that family. I completely relate to what they are going through dealing with the loss of their father, since my own dad dropped dead from a heart attack unexpectedly this summer. I didn't think there was any way they would be able to do that speedway challenge. I cried when I found out they were going there. I cried for them as they were completing the task. I cried the whole rest of that episode. It hasn't been that long since they lost their dad and it takes quite a toll on someone. Do you think there might be a reason why they didn't help the Schroeders? I personally could not stand the Schroeder family. Especially when in the first episode the dad said that he wished they had one of those handicapped children so they could push them out in the street to stop traffic!!!!! He is so obnoxious. Then the reference about the woman in the DC challenge having her panties in a bunch because she didn't have the "secret" briefcase.

I couldn't stand the Paolo family in the beginning, but I'm really starting to like how they are pushing ahead. I was for sure they would be eliminated so fast. I also want the Weavers to push through and make it to the end. I think that would help them so much with dealing with the loss of their dad and knowing that they can be strong and live a full life without him.

I am liking the Paolo's more and more. I was glad to see the oldest jump with his mom. I think they are probably a close family just loud. My 9 year old ds will stop watching the show if the Weavers ever come in last. He really wants them to win. I'm glad the sister were smart enough to put on most of their clothes just in case.

I thought it was really funny when the other team told the Palao family if they wanted to fight to get out of line and take it somewhere else. I was also glad that they told that kid how rude he is to his mother. His comment was that how he was acting was nothing. He needs to treat his mother better. I cann't believe she just takes it and the father does nothing!!! I hope they loose soon.

I totally cracked up with Phil's comment about underwear on the outside of clothing being illegal too LOL. Too funny!! It's so seldom we see any of his personality come out. I thought that was just hysterical :)
