I used to be an avid coupon clipper, and it was not unusual for me to go into Kroger with no money, and come home with cash and groceries.

I have sorta become a bodybuilder....Im cutting right now and have just finished a cycle that used clenbuterol, winstrol and tren fina. So for now Im watching my fats and carbs real close.....but soon Im going to be down low enought to start bulking again.I love that part!!!!! You get to eat and eat and eat some more.....love it I tell you.Still wearing a 32 inch waist which is down from a 38.Kinda wierd though....I gained 5 pounds when I went from a 33 to a 32 but I guess my shirts fitting tighter instead of mypants is what its all about.I have come to love the flavor of body fortress cookies and cream flavor protien shakes......ya get used to em. bulking in about 2 weeks and then Im cooking some comfort food again...yumalishus kinda stuff.

Im spoken for ............but still delighted to know I have that effect on you.Im gonna do some beef brisket in my smoker this weekend.......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm gonna use smoked paprika, chile powder, cumin, garlic powder, cracked black pepper and sea salt for a rub. Now this I will smoke at about 190 to 225 degrees for about 9 hours using charcoal and Santa Maria red oak for fuel!!!! Now that ought to make me about 10 times sexier than ever before.........fetch the sweet tea and the fan I know thats gotta give ya the vapors!!!!!!!

Ah yes! You were taken in by the hooeee they put on the outside of that box the electric smoker came in!!!!!! You are not alone.......of course I knew better. You see real barbeque is done with a low temp and the meat is cooked very slow. The only exception to this might be the Santa Maria Tri-Tip thing we are so fond of out here....searing the outside is sorta important.....locks in the juices and keeps the Tri-Tip from becoming what it realy is.That being a chunk of beef that is only fit for stew meat. Water smokers are O.K. but out west we like to use something with an offset fire box.....water is optional in such a device and they also make it easy to add fuel for foods that take longer than 3 hours to cook.If you think you have the vapors now hold on........Im going to do a Maple brined Turkey in a couple of weeks! I will probably use some Hickory and Maple for some extra yum. You may want to have a fire extinguisher on hand for this!!!!!!!!!!!!

We like the offset fire box too, the weapon of choice in the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest.
