What are the best brands for some new pans?

What about stoneware?

New new of both.

Teflon or non-stick coatings that are scratched and peeling are not safe to cook in.

Thanks everyone for your recs. I've just ordered some commercial pans off Ebay! Will look for PC & Cephalon......

Question - When you have pans that have that Teflon coating & it's all scratched up - I spose those are to be thrown as well?

IF I'm not going to clean the rust off the others, I spose I'll throw em out to recycle, as well!?

For stoneware, go with Pampered Chef.

I don't have any experience with them, but I see, read, and hear GREAT things about the flexible silicone baking pans.
