Carmel not chocolate is something that will bring me to my knees.... I have to stay away from it even thinking of it drives me nuts....I think it is because to me it has a salty aspect to it and I am addicted to salt have been since I was a very little girl.lol
I saw them carmelize it on tv one time right in the can....maybe it was Julia that did it.
Thinking of carmel I love carmel corn. Not that syrupy stuff you buy in a bag. But the kind you make at home and put in the oven on low for a couple hours...I don't even make it anymore because ......well you figure that one out...lol it is so crisp.
I made mine with the air popper didn't have to add oil to cook it so it was healthier right?......lol
