Chicken Parmesan Casserole

...and wouldn't you know it, I forgot the parmesan (as you can see below). Ha!
This was hands down one of the best Pinterest dishes I've ever made. Ddelicious and super, super easy.
Chicken Parmesan Casserole (my tweaked version is below, original recipe found here)
6 5-6oz Boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips and halved if super long.
5oz seasoned croutons
2 TBS olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (I used jar of pre-minced as I had it on hand)
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cups sauce (I used Ragu 7 Herb, so I omitted the red pepper flakes and the basil)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a 9x13 dish, add olive oil and garlic, spread around. Place chick on top of oil mixture. Add sauce on top of chicken. Sprinkle half the cheese, add croutons, add remaining cheese. Cook at 350° for 45-55 minutes (and chicken is cooked through - I cut a small piece to check). I added tinfoil after about 10 minutes so the cheese wouldn't brown before it was done. I removed it with 10 minutes to go. Let sit 10 minutes. Yum!
