I am picky about my fudge. I don't like it dry & chalky & I don't like it mushy. I do mine with dark chocolate chips, marshmallows & condensed milk with nuts.
I love chocolate, pretty much any way, but preferably dark.
Not sure on the Valentine plans...DH asked today if I wanted to do something. I'm thinking I will be working all day that day, as my boss will be in court for the first day of her DD ex's murder trial. I don't really like to go out to dinner on a big day when everyone else is dining out. Maybe we will do something Sunday, but really we don't make a big deal out of Valentine's day. If we eat at home I will probably do something special, but easy...like shrimp or surf & turf.
I asked my sweetie last night, "what would be your favorite dessert?"

Hi JaieLyn, Pete would stop by a convenience store on the way home from work and get him chocolate cream filled Krispy Kremes and get me raspberry cream filled ones.
