I'm rediscovering some of the hot cereals, now that I have alternatives to the whole milk that I am allergic to.

Yes I do eat it but not often as I once did.. In the hospital that or Cream of Rice is made and that one is as good as the wheat..
I usually eat it plain with a little skim milk..

I eat it once in a while, but not too often because of the carb content. I like it with sugar and milk, and I dip buttered toast in it, the best!! (See waht I mean about eh carbs? Bring on the insulin...) My sister likes Malt O Meal with syrup and butter, my oldest DD ate that for breakfast for a year straight I think! Now she won't eat it, go figure.
