Crockpot question-ground beef

Hi all :) I am planning to make crockpot lasagna tomorrow. I usually brown the meat and assemble the recipe all at once, but is it possible for me to brown the meat tonight, store it in the fridge, and put it in tomorrow when I assemble the recipe? Thanks in advance for any input. Happy holidays :)
Absolutely, brown the meat ahead and save it to assemble later!
