1 can tomato soup

1 cup sugar (I only use 1/2 cup)

1 cup oil

1/2 cup vinegar

1 tsp. celery seed

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Blend in blender.

Yep, this is the one I remember seeing everywhere in the 70's.
