Here is few:
cabbage salad, pineapple fruit salad, green beans, asparagus,Pineapple cole slaw.
We make sweet potatoes as a side dish for our ham dinner.

Great idea with the crock pot for the ham to keep it warm!
I also like the idea of roasting asparagus...

Oh, I LOVE asparague, and I just got some raelly good stuff. I'm goinh food shopping tomorrow and will try to get some. I never thought about putting the ham in teh slow cooker!! All day, slow roast? then I could oven raost the veggies. I've never done it, proibably not good to try on Easter...lol. I might do a trail run first. Gotta try it out, of course! Roasted veggies sounds really good!! I'm assuming that I can add my pineapple and brown sugar to the ham?

Yes, dress your ham up like you normally would, a little cooking spray in the crock will keep the mess down!

Easter Dinner as geat! My ham said "ready to cok" instead of "fully coked". I didn't want to take any chances, so I went ahead and put it in the oven, and it turned out well. I ended up just doing the asparagus in the microwave, I steamed it with butter and salt. Eveyrthing went very well!!

I got inspired and stuck one in the crock pot this week. I glazed it with mustard and apricot jam. It was great!
