I've been running a fever for 3 days, finally demanded the time off work today to go to the doctor.

I haven't heard it too much here, in Vegas, but on Facebook, it seems friends & family have it throughout the country. My comfort food is Wor wonTon, gotta have it when I'm sick, which fortunately is not very often. My mom always had it when she was sick, so I got it from her. Levi will make me a quicky imitation won ton soup some times with chicken broth, frozen pot stickers, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, peas & some seasonings.

I hope you feel better! I swear that the lack of winter through most of the country is what is keeping these things running like wildfire. Just my theory, lol.
Feel better asap!

No flu, but I've likely got a sinus infection. The first one of my life, and hopefully the last as well. I've had sinus headaches most of my life and this is very different. But Quick Care doesn't open until 8am and its not even 6:30 yet. The pain woke me up :(

No flu here either, we've been really lucky. DD7 had it before Christmas, but it wasn't too bad.

We do the chicken noodle soup thing for the girls, and I always crave apples when I'm sick.

(((Karen))) Hope you're feeling better soon. DD is out of school today with something I assume is the flu - fever, nasty cough and just all over "icky" feeling.

My mom always made me Lipton's chicken noodle soup from the box when I was sick (lol) so that's always what I crave.

Sinus infections are so miserable, and we don't go to the doctor for them here until we have tried the salt water snorts or salt water in a neti pot.

Unfortunately that isn't something I can do, just got issues with it. Kinda like I can't put drops in my eye and I have trouble letting anyone else do it either. Just that putting something into something that isn't meant to have anything put into it.......

Speaking of wasabi...I'm totally addicted to the new Wasabi and soy ssuce almonds. I've been trying to snack on those, better for my diabetes. Anyway, I tried them the other day, and now I crave them. Just enough kick, and they're so good!
