What makes a good hamburger? I tend to crave a good hamburger a lot. Some restaurants can do such a good job of making hamburgers. I have tried different seasonings in the hamburger and on top, have mixed in onions and cheese. They all taste fine, just not great. I love getting new hamburger recipes. We are having hamburgers tonight, so all of this is on my mind. I use ground sirloin. Is that my mistake? Should i use a mix of sirloin and chuck? Got any good flavor ideas for hamburgers?
