Wow!  I fed 15 people, & I don't think I made that much, and I had a ton of food.  Gave lots of doggie bags tho, so not too much in the way of leftovers.  I did mine on Friday, and it was after 10pm when the last people left, so I didn't finish cleaning (again) till last night.  I'am finally recuperated.  I had a 10 lb ham, a 12 lb turkey breast that I brined for 2 days, homemade gravy, homemade stuffing (I always make mine in a roasting pan--I cut up 2 loaves of roasted garlic bread & 2 loaves of rosemary-olive oil bread), mashed potatoes ( we peeled 6 lbs of Yukon Golds),  homemade cranberry relish, homemade spinach-artichoke in a bechamel-cheese sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar buns, French Silk pie, pumpkin pie, homemadeTurtle cheesecake, champagne, wine, beer, & sparkling grape juice for my preggie.  Phew, I get tired all over again just talking about it!  For Christmas, I'm making lasagne, meatballs & sauce.  Period.
