I usually just go with what I buy from the store. I do have a special bottle that we made with Thai hot chilis from the garden last year. It has a nice kick to it.
These would make nice gifts too!

When making flavored oils, be sure that your herbs are really clean, and don't keep them around for more than a month.
The ingredients are vegetable oil, water, distilled white vinegar, balsalmic vinegar, sea salt, garlic, basil, black pepper, onion, parsley, celery seed, chives. It's chunky and delicious.
