We're doing a series on grilling, featuring tips from "barbecue doctor" Rick Browne. Today, find out how to turn out a juicy, perfectly grilled burger.

I actually learned a few things from this - like covering the burgers in foil for a few minutes after they're cooked.

Stay tuned for the next installment on grilling vegetables!

I DID set the back yard on fire once, cooking ribs outside in February when the grass was dead.

Ha, I was born in the south, so I am right there with you! We actually built a smoker in our back yard when we lived in the city. Now we live in the mountains where we only have well water, which means no fire hydrants. One spark and KABOOM the whole neighborhood is gone.

Being a redneck is tough to overcome; LOL, we make anything into a charcoal grill.

LMBO! Did I mention that we just got not one, but TWO emails from our HOA president this morning reminding us that there shall be NO FIRES, no fire pits, no fireworks....if it has fire in the name, it's not allowed.

I think DH just needs to get off his tush and fix the gas grill. I'll add it to his already loooooong list!
