How long can I keep it?

I guess the reason I bought it was for a whole wheat bread recipe that came with the bread maker. I made that bread a couple of times, and didnt care for it, so I stopped using it. Well recently I found a recipe for whole wheat pizza crust. I made it once and wanted to try it a bit different. The recipe says the gluten in optional if you want a chewy crust, so I thought about trying the crust that way.So I guess it wouldnt matter if it didnt work. I will just try it next time.Other that those 2 recipes, I dont know where to use it, lol!
