What is the  three things you do   every day that  seems to help you
stay fit..

I  do cook a lot here but  I have to cook another meal for my lifestyle of maintainence of WW

1.  Lie about my age.

2.  Eat a lot of fruit.

3.  Drink a lot of water.

1.  I get up at 4:20 on 4 days a week to work out before I go to work.

2.  I try to pick healthier options like baked over fried.

3.   I almost always take the stairs over an elevator.

1  would be walk everyday
