I think I have everythign I need for my little Easter celebration with friends. I am thinking about dying a few hard boiled eggs even though we are all adults as part of my table decoration. Do you think it is silly to color eggs for adults?

I smoked a rack of ribs for the weekend, then cooked steaks on the grill Sunday afternoon.  I need to stock up on charcoal, everything just tastes better outdoors!

So you have a new boyfriend Now have you decide on what your grilling on the grill for Easter dinner or supper... The plastic eggs are nice because they can be used for all kinds of things.. I have liliac bush I use to hang a bunch of them on .. My kids use to love decorating the bush...

NO coloring eggs are fun and if I were there I think it would be nice to have one... I am a kid in heart but I am not alone either with this idea...

My vote is use real eggs; they look so much nicer.   And waste not want not, the boiled eggs afterwards can be made into deviled eggs.  This is a really decadent recipe:

So what is on the menu?  I learned yesterday that my boyfriend and I will be dining alone this year, so I'm thinking of picking up something for the grill.

I had not seen those plastic eggs!  Thanks for the tip! I always loved dying eggs, but don't like eating eggs and don't want to throw them out when they get too old.

I'm not ready for easter.  And I have to make a dessert to take over to my moms.  Any ideas?  I'm thinking some type of cheesecake.   Maybe some cupcakes.  I can't get too carried away as there is just the family.Smileycons!Smileycons!

I think it wouldn't be an Easter celebration without colored eggs! Have fun and be bold with them.

Nope! I think that's fun! If you want, you could even buy fake plastic eggs to dye. I saw them at Walmart. I can't find a exact link, but here's a woman who used them.
