Besides the pepperoncini, what is the difference?
I am curious to know what you decided to do? I used to make the Italian beef w/ the pepperocini a long time ago and haven't had it in a while. I can't remember... do you just dump the whole jar in, juice and all?
You could do both.......lol
Or if you cook the beef without the pepperoni you could use the left overs and throw in some other veggies and make a stew. Or the juice and make gravy....
I have been hungry for some good beef gravy and plain old mashed potatoes. DH likes baked potatoes the best so with just 2 of us I only get mashed if I eat out and half the time they are instant or lumpy.....and yes I am getting very picky in my old age.
My DMIL used to make pork roast and her gravy was so good you could just drink it never did figure how how she got it so flavorful........She could make it
Yeah, you use the whole jar of peppers with juice for the Italian beef.
