I have been craving popovers too..lol. I'm hooked now, thanks for the great recipes! As soon as my oven is working again.... I have a LOT of baking to do! It should get here next week, DH will fix it next Friday...and I'm in business!

How about bavarian creme inside? Any recipes for that?? I LOVE it..I know, I should be testing out the savory side of crepes, but I keep going back to sweet...lol.

Ohh...I have seen recips for savory crepes, and have always wanted to try it, but you got me. I'm afraid!!! lol That is the way I make my cheese sauce for cauliflour and broccoli, just without the onion. I usually use half velveeda and half cheddar, but as we talked about in another post, I'm going to expand my cheese world...lol.

But, I hate salmon...really hate it. My kids would never eat it either, and DH would never eat a crepe. Is there something I could swap the salmon for?

That reminded me of something also....we were watching something on TV and they made waffles and chicken. My DD6 said...eeeewwww...yuck! She loves chicken, and waffles, but not together she said. But, my mom got me hooked on waffles with tuna gravy!! The gravy just a white sauce, mixed with a can of tuna. This is one of the only ways I like canned tuna. Like SOS, but with tuna instead of hamburger, over waffles instead of toast or noodles or rice. I haven't made this is many years, but it's starting to sound good!

Here is your mission, Misty, should you choose to accept it...

Go savory, make a dinner crepe.
