Pulled pork in the crock pot for sandwiches. You can cook a whole chicken in the crock pot too. You can make taco meat ahead of time and have tacos. Baked Ziti can be done ahead of time. Of course the old stand by of a roast, whether it be pork or beef. Lasagna. Now that the weather is cool, soups, stews, chili. Hamburgers can be jazzed up in all kinds of ways, and I think if they are from scratch, that they taste fine re-heated. Thats all I can think of right now. I dont make these very often and I dont know why! It all sounds so good. Im hungry!

I make a big pot of spaghetti sauce and don't start cooking the noodles until they get home.

Lately I've been baking squash and trying to time it so it gets done about the time I want to

serve dinner. Tonight he grilled burgers to go with it.

I have a mini-van, but I'm not quite a soccer mom as we don't have weeknight activities with my crew yet.

Nicki, those all sound so good. Would you have time to share your teriyaki chicken, and your rotel chicken sounds yummy too!

Oh my gosh, do I have to choose which recipes I want?! They ALL sound so good!

But, I'd love to have the recieps for chicken pot pie, cordon bleu rolls, bacon wrapped chicken, taco-roni bake, cheesy enchalada bake and cinnamon bread!!!!!
