Oh geez, over 100 and you guys get a lot of humidity, don't you? Miserable for a desert rat like me. I would much rather have the dry heat we have here. It can be 90 or 100 once in a while, but it's not unbearable. We wnen to Hawaii and it was only about 80, but the humidity kicked my butt!

Yes, I am quite used to the humidity; we laugh when the temp gets higher than the humidity (summer in the Delta means temp and humidity are both 98).

Sounds like your garden is coming along nicely..
We just got the flowers on our beans here.. and little squashes so far..
Lettuce is the only thing that is being here.. The farmers market has
all kinds of things to sell but not sure where its from tho..
Just buy and then find out its from outside the area by the taste...
Any zucchini yet?

Wren, I live in the high desert of Oregon, and it's very dry here.

I got some weeding done, asked Fred what kind of corn he was growing and promptly forgot because the conversation turned to other things, and DH even got a few things done. We decided to move his mint (spear and pepper) out of the side garden into containers so that it wouldn't/couldn't take over a portion of the yard :P
