So while in the store I was brave and confident. I thought, I can use orzo instead of rice in a dish that calls for rice. Then once I got home, I lost motivation, or got lazy or something. So I was wondering if I can use orzo in place of rice in a dish. And if so, is there anything that can enhance its flavor? Or do you have an easy orzo recipe?
btw. I want to find use this as a sub bc my oldest cant have rice. Thank ya!
