Pan help
10

I started cooking dinner the other day, got side tracked. Ended up burning olive oil on my skillet. It is a stainless steel pan. I was able to scrape a teeny tiny bit off with my nail. But most of it just wont come off. It covers half of the pan. Brown, burnt on film. Is there anyway to get it off or did I ruin the pan? When it happened, the pan was entirely too hot to touch with anything.

Dawn is my favorite also, and it's one of the most inexpensive.

"Pre soak and scrub" !
I have to say the pan may never return to it before state, but it can be used, you had no choice to let it cool down before anything else. ...

I bought the power soak Dawn 'cuz the boys like to fill pots, pans & bowls with water & leave them to 'soak' for days. This stuff claims "overnight soak in 5 minutes" and it delivers!! Dawn is one of those few things I have brand loyalty with...
