with chicken and biscuits, I would divert away from pie and do peach cobbler.

that sounds "great", but I was asked to make 2 pies of my choice
for it.. Its a town thing for this church to do free suppers for the
community.. Earlier this year they did spaghetti supper for free..
No one has to pay for it..

One would think biscuits already with the chicken and not want another
type of starch as a cobbler It's similar to a biscuit... Just curious here..

Pie crust also has the same ingredients as biscuits.

the pies I made were a hit..
They had so many cakes and cookies at it also.

I guess upstate eats differently.
Forest pies
I used some berries I picked during the
summer months for the 3 --9 inch pies
