Okay, so I know that beef rids are mostly bone.
Were they the ones in the box, labeled "danish ribs?"
So I have always wondered what "Danish pork ribs" were when the store advertises them. Does it mean less meat? I have been leary, so wait until baby backs go on sale to stock up on...And just this week I noticed the beef ribs. I breifly considered them,but walked away. I seem to have enough bad luck with spare ribs!
I never understood why people would go crazy over ribs. I don't know the grade of them either but I think it is the bottom part of the rib that had very little meat, the beef ones we used to make soup out of that and the tail.......
I like pork country style ribs that is if you like more meat than bone.....lol
I can get a lot of them very cheap usually and one is enough for one person...
