I finally made great rolls, for the first time ever!

Ive not had any problems doing that. As long as you get that certain 'feel' or consistancy that you normally get with the recipe, it will all be good! Just make sure you have enough oven space. Otherwise, just make seperate batches.

I adjust roll/bread recipes up and down at will, it's not so much about the measurements as it is about the feel or texture, like Christina said.

They would have been perfect if I would have remembered to move my oven rack up!! They were a bit black on the bottom, but one that was trimmed, they were great! I made ham sammies out of leftovers yesterday.

Ive done that before too, cut the bottom off bc they were a bit overdone, lol!
