I tried that Medium Wing Sauce you posted on your other board. I actually had all of the stuff except the worchestershire sauce, for some reason.Anyway, I had thawed out chicken tenders for Shake N Bake. I did that then once they were done with the shake n bake, I tossed them in the sauce and broiled them for a few to get the sauce to stick. Pretty good! Thanks for posting that. I also hope to try the jerk and garlic sauces too.
Holandaise Sauce....have you ever made it? Dh loves it, but I have yet to attempt it. I dont know why, but it makes me nervous. The recipes are everywhere, but I still cant bring myself to try it.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the recipe, loved it!
