Sounds delicious and a great way to use up the cola..

I myself made a bunch of stuff today..
* you and I sound like can't pass up on bargains...

I am just glad I own 3 freezers plus 2 refrigerators to store stuff.. AND right now with the snow on the ground things freeze well just outside in a grill...

I also have 3 still here to feel so food does go...
* Sunday was a fixing day of meals for the week..
shephard pie, pork and gravy, stuff shells and
chicken thawing to make up a chicken dish..
* I should of cut the package down in smaller size
chicken..

OK, Big Bird is out of the oven now, resting, and my hickory chips never smoked.

I'm thinking of using the rest of the cola in a roast beef.

Yup, I go to the store for one thing, come home with three things, but not what I went for in the first place!! LOL The ladies that work in my local store know me, when I come back withing the hour they know I've forgotten something.

Tomorrow is hubby's birthday dinner, and he's requested loco moco's, but with egg noodles instead of rice. I think that is my favorite Hawaiian dish. And probably the easiest!

I cooked like crazy yesterday for my DD's 7th birthday. I made ham and cream cheese roll ups, flavored popocorn, thanks to Kellie!, and homemade guak with chips. Everyone was happy! Oh, and yellow cake with purple frosting for DD and chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting for DH. Hid birthday is Monday. Then spaghetti dinner for DD's birthday dinner, but nice and easy and quick, so for that I was thankful. I made a big breakfast this morning because MIL was here, but I was TOTALLY lazy for the rest of the day. DH made his own dinner, DD7 had cereal, and DD3 had cottage cheese and left over mac n cheese. DH even did the dishes!! Tomorrow is his birthday though, so it'll be a cooking day again. Oh and watches "The Help". BEST movie I've seen in a LONG time!

It was great! I don't watch many movies, between living 2 hours away from a theater, and then it's usually kids movies at home. It's rare that I get to SIT for a couple hours at once and actaully hear the movie! But, The Help was totally worth letting the girls access to the computer for two whole hours...lol.
