I use them like flour, mostly...can't do burritos or wraps, but you can make enchiladas, Mexican lasagna or taco casserole. You can fry them for tacos or tostadas or bake them for chips. I prefer corn totillas, really.

I'd rather have corn than flour tortillas with my fajitas, too.

Yum, I havea whole new world to explore! I just couldn't think of any ways to use them. I get them through WIC, and have about 4 packages in the freezer. I use flour tortilla's in much the same ways as you explained, Karen, but never thought I could use the corn ones the same way. My girls LOVE the flour ones cut in wedges, I put on butter, sugar nad cinnamon and bake them until crispy. Tomorrow I'm going to try to make them into chips, and serve them with salsa. I've been wanting SO badly to make guak, but the avacado's are so spendy! I might have to get some anyway, I make REALLY good guak!!

LOL... that is a good idea! I have to get some groceries tomorrow, so I'll check on the avacado's...I make a really good chunky guacamole.
