Ok, I'm still working on my first turkey, dressing, & gravy components.....following your directions (thx!) - and I'll prolly post in the next day or two more questions.

Quiche, or some variation, is what I think of first.

Ok. Along w/fruit & whatever I throw in along side ----
I decided to wing a breakfast casserole.

HOW does this sound:
Lots of broken up french bread on bottom of dish.
Turkey & Veggie sausage (browned) broken up over that.
Chips of Zucchini
Shredded Parmesan/Romano Cheese.
Pack of drained Spinach on top of that.
Shredded lf Cheddar Cheese on that.
Much Egg White poured over all that.
w/a dash of paprika on top.

Does that sound ok?

NOW - It's ready to go & in the fridge.

Do I keep it covered to cook it?
What Temp & Time do you think? It's a 9x12.

THANK YOU!!!

Thanks so much everyone!!!!! :D

Now if I can understand quantities for 22 people -
On my "gelatinous" stock - NOW what do I do w/it? :D and how much for 22?
How much proportion chik/turkey in a box (commercial) should I add?

Then the dressing --- Made that wonderful cornbread recipe.
How much again for 22? :D
Got a huge thing of french bread chopped up too.
Now what?

Sorry I'm being so scattered.

THANK Y"ALL so much for the advice tho! I'm convinced it's going to be great.

Ham all sliced up & Turkey cooking well.
Peas & DevEggs I think I can do.

It's that Gravy & Dressing I remain a little worried over! :D

Now let me ask something else......
My lady Peas in chik broth ----
Do you think I can do them tonite & then just reheat for the meal tomorrow?
or should I really do them in the morn?
