Dressing overload!

As always, I made WAY too much dressing.  So while it was raw, as in not baked yet, I split it up into 3 disposable foil pans.  I took one to a Christmas Eve party at a friend's house, one went into the oven for my own Christmas dinner at Nicole's house, and one is going into the freezer for...later.  I really wish I had used the muffin pan method for the extra pan.  It isn't too late, but I'm too lazy tonight.  That pan is going into the freezer, and I'll bake it when I'm having a craving for dressing for a week or so.

I hope you make your own gravy....I have to have homemade gravy for my dressing!

I love dressing.  Usually I eat at my mom's house.  My driveway is too long and they would not get back out, my house is too small and I have aquired more dogs. Wink

I have so much breads in the freezer I am thinking about making some dressing.    Oh....time to switch the dogs around.

HAHA!  The customers and local press called me The Gravy Lady when I had my first restaurant.  The food CL's concurred when we had live chat that Gravy how-to was our most often asked question.  I have not seen it that much in the past few years, but we don't have as many members as we once had!

I make my own gravy - it's one of the few things I'm good at, lol, and I add it to my dressing too. I have some leftover dressing, but I'll use it all up in sandwiches.
