I love a great vinaigrette!
I love vinegretts too, that is what we most often have on sallad or on peas or broccoli...
A pile of lightly steamed veggies served chilled with a little vinaigrette is quite often my lunch, with or without lettuce!
There is so much you can do with a basic viniegrette recipe.
