Shredded Buffalo Ranch Chicken

I'm trying out a new recipe in my crockpot today, found it on Pinterest.  One of my twins adores buffalo chicken wings, so it's a twist on that.  All it consists of is 3 lbs of boneless chicken covered with a bottle of Frank's Buffalo sauce and a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch sprinkled on top.  I'm cooking it on low for about 6-8 hours and then will shred it.  I'm planning on portioning it out on a cookie sheet and freezing it so that I can store it in a freezer bag.  He'll then be able to take out a serving at a time and reheat it.  Wish me luck!
