I've become an ingredient fanatic lately, so that has consumed my life lately, from what I eat to what I use in my meals.  :smileyhappy:

1. Do you read the ingredient labels of what you use in your recipes?

2. Have you eliminated anything from your diet?  :smileyhappy:

3. What is the main thing you eat/drink that you try not to have because of weight/health issues?

4. Is there anything you know is bad for you that you do anyway?  :smileysurprised:

5. Do you think that things with a long shelf life are bad for our health?  :heart:

I have that same problem with fries, but they are addictive, aren't they , Jeannie?   :smileyfrustrated:

2. Have you eliminated anything from your diet? Trans fats.

3. What is the main thing you eat/drink that you try not to have because of weight/health issues? Fats and salt. Fat makes me fat and unhealthy and salt makes me bloat and gives me heartburn.

4. Is there anything you know is bad for you that you do anyway? On rare occasion, I will enjoy a dessert. I have cut back on my baking (but I usually don't bake much in the summer). I do indulge in the occasional chip or french fry. They taste so good, but then I feel so bad and never learn.

5. Do you think that things with a long shelf life are bad for our health? Yes, but I still keep certain things around that we are used to.
