I spent this weekend at my town's Calamity Jane Day, I saw a few friends & listened to some music...:smileyhappy:

The boys did some work at the cabin Saturday so DD and I had a girls day starting with Zumba and ending with an apple pie. Religious Ed started Sunday so we were at church for the entire a.m. Did some good cooking for Sunday's dinner.

Yes, well, kind of . . . I had a Pillsbury pie sheet in the fridge that I needed to use up, so I made an open face pie using that. My kids have been obsessed with Honey Crisp apples that I bought from the farm market so the flavor came out delicious.
