It's just fresh homegrown greenbeans that have just been cooked in water and with bacon and onions.

Cheese, mayo, anything else? I've really never heard of any such thing.

Green beans in a sandwich is certainly a new one on me!! Was it a green bean sandwich, or was it a veggie addition like lettuce or tomato? Hmmm...something for me to consider...

We always had canned tomatoes in our Mac & cheese growing up. My dad "didn't particularly care for" melted cheese & the only wat he'd eat m&c was with tomatoes...I haven't had it that way for years. I put sliced tomatoes on top the last time I made it, but I was the only one who ate them -- yum!!

Mmmmmm, I love pasta, but my favorites are cheesy, gooey things like lasagna & baked ziti...not terribly healthy. A good spaghetti bolognese is always a winner, too. My family loves what we call "Elijah 's tortellini" frozen or supermarket 'fresh' tortellini, jarred Alfredo sauce mixed with canned diced tomatoes & whatever meat I decide to add -- ham, sausage & shrimp are all good options. Super easy, super tasty, flexible & everyone loves it!!
